COURTNEY RODGERS
Topic: Blooming Where You’re Planted: Leadership and Growth Mindset
Courtney is an accomplished Regional Clinical Liaison with over 22 years of experience in medical sales, including a decade of expertise in Specialty Pharmacy. She is a top-ranked sales executive with a proven track record in clinical and strategic selling, relationship building, product launch, and strategic business planning. Throughout her career, Courtney has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance, earning accolades such as the prestigious Rising Star Award, two Leadership Cup Awards, and multiple sales trip incentives. Her dedication and expertise have also been recognized with Exceptional Ratings on Performance and Development, and she was honored with the District Sales Representative of the Year Award.

Starting her career in pharmaceutical sales, Courtney has a rich background in leadership and training, having served as a Sales Trainer. Her passion for fostering growth and development in others is reflected in her leadership roles, including her position as a Women's Ministry Leader and Executive Designer for One Church at Harvest Point. Courtney is deeply committed to helping others reach their potential, always striving to encourage, uplift, and positively impact those she encounters, both personally and professionally.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Courtney is an entrepreneur and owner of REVAMPD, an interior design company where she helps clients transform their homes into spaces that reflect their vision. She is also a successful short-term rental property owner, with plans to expand her portfolio soon.

A proud alumna of Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Courtney is deeply involved in her community. She participates in several outreach programs, dedicating her time and energy to making a difference in the lives of others. Her goal is to be a positive influence in as many lives as possible, whether through her work, mentoring, or community service. Guided by her faith and family, Courtney is passionate about cooking and creating memorable experiences with loved ones. In her free time, Courtney enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, which further fuels her desire to connect with and inspire people from all walks of life. She currently resides in Pearland, TX with her daughter and their dog. Her unwavering belief in the power of faith, family, and connection drives her every day.


MISHA MCCLURE
Topic: Nourishing Relationships: Cultivating Connection and Collaboration

Misha McClure is an accomplished professional with a significant background in community relations and public relations (PR). With over two decades of experience in these fields, she currently holds the position of Director of External Affairs for Comcast - Texas Region. In this role, Misha leads the company's philanthropic giving, community engagement, and digital equity initiatives in Texas.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Misha is actively involved in various community-oriented organizations.
She currently serves on the board of Easter Seals of Greater Houston. Misha also serves on the Mayor's Office for Adult Literacy Advisory Council (MOAL), is a member of Dreams Unleashed- SHE Networks, and the Corporate Community Relations Council of Houston.
Among her many accolades, Misha is most proud of her recognition at the 2018 Southern University Alumni Federation National Conference where she was awarded as a distinguished member of the Inaugural cohort of
40 Under 40 alumni, a prestigious honor that underscores her unwavering commitment to furthering the mission of the University.
Educationally, Misha McClure is a graduate of Southern University in Baton Rouge, holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication. Her academic background, combined with her extensive professional experience, positions her as a well-rounded and influential figure in her field.
Misha was raised on her family's farm in Springridge, Louisiana; an upbringing that she credits with developing her character and a profound dedication to service. Currently, she resides in Porter with her husband, Rodrick McClure, and their son.


TONI JONES

Toni Jones is a dynamic force in the real estate industry, serving as both a REALTOR® and the proud owner and CEO of Charli Angels Beauty and Bundles LLC.
Specializing in Residential Real Estate, Relocating, Construction and Property Management Toni is dedicated to providing personalized service and helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Toni has earned a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and delivering results.
With a passion for empowering others, Toni is also the founder of an organization Genuine, Elegant Me Mentor Program, dedicated to guiding young girls ages 8-19 towards their fullest potential, empowering them through mentorship, sports activities and leadership opportunities. As a mentor and board member of Dreams Unleashed She network Inc a non profit sisterhood organization also empowering young ladies 13-24, Toni continues to inspire and uplift her community through education, support, and advocacy. With her unwavering commitment to excellence and service, Toni received the community service award in 2022 for her dedication to service. Toni also just received an award for Top Member Volunteer for 2023/2024. Toni Jones is a true leader in both business and philanthropy.


QIANA COFFEY, MSN, RN
Topic: Discovering Your Passion: Owning Who You Are

Qiana Coffey, MSN, RN, CMCN, CCHP, CPC is a Captain (O-6) in the United States Public Health Service (PHS), currently serving as the Deputy Unit Chief in the Medical Case Management Unit (MCMU), where she leads a 70-person team. With over 24 years of distinguished uniformed service, CAPT Coffey has developed a broad skill set across leadership, clinical care, and program development.
Beginning her career in the Army Reserve, CAPT Coffey completed medic and Licensed Practical Nurse training at Fort Sam Houston and Fort Bragg. After transitioning to the nursing field, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Austin Peay State University and a Master of Science in Nursing in Leadership in Public Health Nursing from Emory University. Her career spans civilian and military roles, including work in private healthcare, academia, and the Department of Defense (DoD), with more than 20 years of leadership and management experience.

In 2008, CAPT Coffey was commissioned into the PHS under the PHS/DoD Memorandum of Agreement, focusing on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Mental Health initiatives. She further contributed to public health by leading teams in the Navajo Nation as part of the Indian Health Services, where she implemented a formal Sexual Assault Program and mentored nursing staff. Later, as a Field Medical Coordinator for the Department of Homeland Security, she coordinated medical efforts in San Antonio and served as the inaugural Medical Case Management Program Coordinator. Additionally, CAPT Coffey was an integral part of Service Access Deployment Team 5 during the pandemic, providing healthcare response and leadership to impacted communities.

Passionate about mentoring and officer support, CAPT Coffey co-founded the Officer Ambassador Program, guiding officers and their families through transitions at new duty stations. She is actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Nurses Association, Case Management Society of America, and the American Association of Managed Care Nurses.
​
In addition to her military and healthcare leadership roles, CAPT Coffey is the owner of ALMs Empowerment Enterprises, LLC, where she offers coaching and consulting services under Coffey Coaching & Consulting. She also teaches fitness dance classes with Vegas Stiletto Fitness and publishes poetry under Qi’s Artistic Vibe. As an adjunct faculty member at Grand Canyon University, she is shaping the next generation of public health nurse leaders.
