Dreams UnleaSHEd | SHE Networks, Inc. proudly presents the DreamWeavers Young Innovators Cohort! This 8-week program is designed to shape girls aged 13-16 entrepreneurial spirit, enhance social skills, and empower mental well-being, all while contributing to the community.

2025 Girls With Goals Leadership Camp Overview

Target Audience: Young Ladies ages 13-17
Duration: 5 Days
Location & Dates: June 23-27, 2025, Settegast Apartments

Our dynamic curriculum equips young leaders with foundational soft skills for personal and collective growth:

  • Self-Awareness – Know your strengths, values, and leadership style

  • Communication & Collaboration – Speak up, listen well, and work as a team

  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking – Analyze challenges and make wise decisions

  • Empathy & Social Responsibility – Lead with heart and serve with purpose

  • Vision & Goal Setting – Dream big and take strategic action

 

Daily Focus Breakdown

Day 1: Discovering Your Leadership Potential
→ Strengths assessment, leadership styles, values clarification

Day 2: Communication & Collaboration
→ Active listening, team-building games, feedback & conflict resolution

Day 3: Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
→ Real-world case studies, ethical dilemma debates, and decision-making

Day 4: Empathy & Social Impact
→ Inclusion activities, Understanding Empathy, Guest Speaker

Day 5: Vision & Goal Setting
→ SMART goals, future-self letters, action planning & presentations, Awards & Networking, Graduation

QUARTERLY WORKSHOPS

Dreams Unleashed She Networks, Inc. (DUSN) is proud to host a series of Quarterly Empowerment Workshops for girls and young women ages 13 to 22. These dynamic 2-hour sessions, scheduled for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters of this year, are designed to offer safe, supportive, and enriching spaces for young participants to grow in the areas that matter most.

Each workshop is centered around three of DUSN’s core pillars:
🌱 Community Service & Philanthropy – cultivating a spirit of giving and leadership through impactful community involvement.


💬 Social Skills Development – boosting confidence, communication, and emotional intelligence for real-world success.


🧠 Mental Health Stability – providing tools and techniques to promote inner wellness, balance, and self-awareness.

Through engaging activities, relatable speakers, and meaningful dialogue, participants gain both personal and interpersonal tools to thrive as leaders, changemakers, and confident individuals.

Whether it's their first time attending or they’ve been a part of the DUSN family for years, these workshops offer continued support and development throughout the year—helping every girl become the best version of herself.
